From the moment you place your custom jersey order to the day it arrives at your door, we follow a streamlined process to balance quality and speed—here’s how it works.
After you submit your order with your unique design specifications, our team begins production. Standard production takes 2–5 business days, where we craft, print, and inspect your jersey to ensure it matches your request. For complex designs (such as intricate logos or multiple color details) or orders placed during holidays, production may extend to 7–9 business days to maintain quality standards.
Once production is complete, your jersey is prepared for shipping. You can choose between two shipping options: standard shipping, which takes 5–15 business days, resulting in a total turnaround time of 7–20 business days from order placement; or expedited shipping, which combines prioritized production and faster transit for a total of 5–7 business days.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to your registered address, including a unique tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to update, as our logistics partners need time to process shipment details. Keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates—inclement weather, holiday disruptions, or customs clearance (for international orders) may cause minor delays.
We offer worldwide shipping via trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, and USPS. For international orders, production time remains the same as domestic orders, but shipping costs vary by destination. Additionally, customers are responsible for any customs taxes or import fees imposed by their home country, as these are not included in the order or shipping total.
Before shipping, every custom jersey undergoes a final quality inspection. If a jersey fails inspection and needs to be remade to meet our standards, your order may experience a slight delay—this extra step ensures you receive a flawless, high-quality custom jersey.
